Physical property

Phosphoric acid belongs to medium strong acid, and its crystallizing point (freezing point) is 21 ℃. When it is lower than this temperature, the semi water crystal (ice) will be precipitated.

Phosphoric acid crystallization, like other liquid crystallization, is a physical rather than a chemical change.
